Refund policy

1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Elev8 Workwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original packaging.

Items that are not eligible for return or exchange include Hats and Socks.

3. Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please log in to our Returns Portal and follow the prompts to submit your return request.
Within the Returns Portal, you can either:
- Purchase a return shipping label directly through the portal, or
- Choose your own shipping carrier and arrange return shipping independently.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part or the item is deemed defective.
If you choose to use your own carrier, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Elev8 Workwear® cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refunds
To request a refund, please log in to our Returns Portal and select the Refund option. Once your return request has been submitted, you can either purchase a return shipping label through the portal or arrange return shipping using your preferred carrier.
A processing fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. If returned items do not meet these requirements, the refund may be declined.
If a refund is declined and you would like the item returned to you, a $10.95 return shipping fee will apply.
5. Exchanges
To request an exchange, please log in to our Returns Portal and select the Exchange option.
You can choose to exchange for a different size, colour, or variant of the same product, or select an entirely different item. If the new item is priced higher, you will be required to pay the difference. If the new item is priced lower, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
Once your exchange request has been submitted, you can purchase a return shipping label through the Returns Portal or arrange return shipping using your preferred carrier.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, your exchange order will be processed and dispatched. Elev8 Workwear® covers the shipping cost of sending your new exchange item back to you.
If your requested exchange item is out of stock, you will be offered a refund, store credit, or the option to choose an alternative item.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at support@elev8workwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a refund.
7. CHANGES TO THIS RETURN POLICY
Elev8 Workwear reserves the right to make changes to this return policy at any time. Any updates or modifications will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be revised accordingly.
